Tax - This Contract confirms they are self-employed and responsible for paying their own taxes 

Payment Terms - It states that they will invoice you based on the agreed rates. This ensures there is clarity and helps you to avoid paying them when you shouldn’t have to e.g. they phone in sick or don't actually perform the services 💷 

GDPR - This covers data protection, so you can reassure your client that you are compliant with GDPR regulations ⚖ 

Termination & Notice - This confirms what happens if you (or they) want to end the arrangement and also if they behave badly or unprofessionally what action will be taken.
