2. Scope of Agreement
These terms apply to:

- Any use of www.brilliantmanagersclub.co.uk
- Any use of www.leadershipaccelerator.co.uk
- All digital downloads, templates, toolkits, and membership purchases
- Any free resources, webinars, email communications, or community groups we offer
- All sales pages and promotional content created and published by Modern HR
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All content on this website — including digital products, templates, emails, training materials, graphics, logos, and sales pages — is the intellectual property of Modern HR and Mandy Hamerla.
You may not:
- Share, sell, license, copy, modify, or reproduce our content
- Claim any content as your own
- Use our materials for commercial or competitive purposes without written permission
We reserve the right to take legal action against individuals or companies who replicate or use our copy, structure, or creative work without consent.
This includes but is not limited to marketing language, campaign structure, and any unique phrasing that reflects our brand.
3.1 Competitor Clause
If you are an HR or leadership consultancy (or acting on behalf of one), you may not purchase, access, or use our products without written consent.
If you breach this:
- We reserve the right to invoice you for commercial licensing and/or
- Pursue legal action, damages, and associated costs
- This also applies if you purchase under a false name or through a third party
Suspicious activity (e.g., multiple downloads, shared logins) may result in access being revoked without refund.
4. Use of Our Memberships and Communities
Brilliant Managers Club and any Modern HR community groups are peer-support spaces. This is designed to be a safe space based on trust and therefore you are required to keep all data and information shared as strictly confidential.
The advice shared in communities:
- Is not personalised legal or HR advice
- Should not be relied upon without further professional consultation
- Requires you to share full facts if you are seeking bespoke support
- You are solely responsible for the use of templates and advice provided.
5. Digital Product Policy & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- We cannot retrieve files after purchase
- If you experience technical issues (e.g., broken download links), email mandy@modernhr.co.uk
We automatically create an account when you purchase a product.
- Only one account is allowed per person
- You must not share logins or content access with others
- Breach of this will result in access removal and possible charges per additional user.
Modern HR provides guidance and tools, not legal advice. Nothing on our site constitutes legal advice.
You agree not to hold Modern HR liable for:
- Any business losses, delays, or outcomes based on use of our materials
- Any actions from your employees or employment tribunal claims made against you.
- Issues arising from improper use of templates or tools
- Any community discussion content or peer-to-peer advice
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You agree that any disputes will be handled under these laws and in UK jurisdiction.
9. Data & Privacy
We collect and store your data in accordance with UK GDPR. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect and how we use it.
